TD-RE is pleased to announce our latest instruction as Project Manager for the comprehensive refurbishment of a 14,000 sq ft office building located in the heart of Fitzrovia, London.
This exciting project marks the continuation of our involvement following the successful completion of Phase I – the full strip-out works – in early 2024. We are now advancing into Phase II, which will deliver a full Cat A refurbishment across all floors. This next stage of the works also includes upgrades to the building’s common parts and extensive external repairs and redecoration to all elevations, revitalising the property’s overall appearance and functionality.
Our team is working closely with all stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and a high-quality finish, enhancing the building’s appeal for future occupiers and aligning with modern workspace standards.
