We are pleased to announce our latest instruction at Clerkenwell Green for the redevelopment of a prominent Class E commercial unit.
Phase I includes a full strip-out of the existing space to prepare the site for the next stage of works. Phase II will deliver a substantial infill extension to the existing lightwell in line with the approved planning consent.
The scheme will improve the building’s functionality and maximise the potential of the existing footprint. We look forward to progressing the project alongside the wider consultant and delivery team.
