We are pleased to announce our latest instruction for external repair and redecoration works at Cumberland House, Highbury Crescent, London N5.
The project will refurbish the building’s external fabric to improve its appearance and extend the life of the structure.
Our role includes preparing and reviewing the tender package and providing recommendations to support the contractor appointment process. We will also coordinate the contract documentation and act as Contract Administrator throughout the construction phase.
The project falls within the scope of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM). We will also undertake the role of Principal Designer.
We look forward to progressing the scheme alongside the wider project team.
