Instruction: TD-RE were appointed to act as designers, party wall surveyors, project manager and Principal Designer for the redevelopment of this property in Camden.
Project Information: The works involved redevelopment of the site to form four new high-end flats with new mansard and shell and core to the commercial. The basement will be underpinned with new floors throughout the property. The rear will be extended to increase the new dwelling floor plate.
Project Value: £1.5m – £2m
Contract: JCT Intermediate Building Contract works with Contractor’s Design.
